Planning for your first flight trip can really excite you, as it can be one of the best experiences of your life. You can easily search for multiple dates, timings, and the number of flights that are departing to your destination. Gather Necessary Documentation: You always need verification documents, such as a passport or photo ID to travel through a flight. If you’re travelling within your home country, you only need photo identification and a ticket. However, if you’re planning to travel abroad, then you need a passport and a visa that is valid for at least six months from the date of departure. Check-In To Airport: When you’re checking in to the airport, make sure that you meet all the requirements of airline, such as your luggage should not contain more weight than mentioned in the guidelines. At the check-in counter, you have to show your ticket and identification proof, your luggage will be taken by the staff and a boarding pass and receipt of it will be given to you. Also, make sure that you reach the airport 2 hours before your flight, as the check-in process can take time. Boarding Your Flight: After checking-in at the airport terminal, you have to go through a security check to board your flight. All your belongings, such as your phone, clothes, shoes, and laptop bag (if you’re carrying one) will be inspected for checking. Once the inspection is done, your boarding pass will be stamped by the security officer to allow you in the flight. However, if you’re going on an international trip, you’ve to go through a migration check. All your necessary documents such as passport, visa, and boarding pass will be checked there, and if something suspicious is found, it can lead to rejection of your flight. Inside The Flight: Once you board your flight, you don’t to worry about anything. There are some safety demonstrations, such as use of oxygen mask, seat belt that the cabin crew will =take you through. Just take your seat and relax and you will reach your destination comfortably. After Landing: When the plane is about to land, you will feel it going down and the wheel will touch the runaway making loud noise.. Once the plane land on the terminal, you will get signals of belt sign turning off, then you can remove your belt, get off your seat and go to the terminal.
